What are the delivery areas and shipping times within Lebanon?

We deliver to all regions across Lebanon. Orders within Beirut typically arrive within 24-48 hours, while deliveries to areas outside the capital may take 3 to 5 business days.

Are the beauty products sold on your website authentic?

Yes, authenticity is our priority. We source all our products directly from authorized distributors and official brands to ensure you receive 100% genuine beauty and skincare items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Lebanon. We also accept international credit/debit cards through our secure online checkout process.

Can I return or exchange a product if I change my mind?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges on items that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Used or opened products cannot be returned.
