At Beautique Lebanon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the beauty products are unused, sealed, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, our courier partner will visit your location in Lebanon to collect the items at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and verify the products, your refund will be processed via store credit or the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
